Now Is Forever - Blackwhisker ;; SkC

NowIsForever is a traditional Warriors roleplaying site set in the old forest. Our story takes place a few generations after SkyClan has been driven from the forest, well before the time of Bluestar or Firestar. We are always accepting new members, and our friendly members and staff will make sure to accommodate you to make sure that you can be integrated into the roleplay. Rivermist, a half-Clan queen in WindClan, and a half-Clan warrior from ShadowClan by the name of Foxfur had eight kits. The kits were raised in their mother's Clan until they were three moons old, when things changed.

After a request from the kits' father caused Rivermist to contemplate moving some of her kits to ShadowClan, WindClan's leader made the shocking decision to split the queen's kits evenly between all four Clans. Under the reasoning that the kits had the blood of all four Clans within them, two kits were sent to each of the other Clans, while two remained in WindClan with their mother.

Though all eight kits currently struggle with the after-effects of this tumultuous change, more is still to come. After the kits all become apprentices, one by one a kit from each Clan will die, until there is only one left alive in each of the four Clans. In honour of their fallen siblings, the apprentices will eventually take their dead littermates' suffix as their warrior prefix.

But what further troubles await these ill-fated offspring of a cursed union?

Five she-cat warriors of WindClan and RiverClan have been great friends for moons, and decide to do something crazy. They plan to get pregnant and have kits all at the same time, but one thing they don't count on is how many kits this really means!

The five queens each have four or five kits... that's a lot of kits to be born at the same time! But no-matter how tumultuous the idea seems, the queens have no idea what shocking change will come of their innocent plot.

Description: Blackwhisker, obviously, is a black cat. His pelt is solid, with no other markings that make him stand out - unless he's standing with a group of white cats, of course, and then his black fur does the job. He blends in well with the shadows of the gorge and in the caves of the camp. In the sunlight, he looks like he is almost a deep, dark blue. He has large, bright yellow eyes that stand out in contrast to his pelt. Because of the heat during the day, Blackwhisker prefers the night. This might also be because he blends in so well, and he can often be found hunting at night time or staying up late.

He is a slender cat, and, even though he doesn't look it, muscular. His body is long, and his legs and tail match. He has tough, hardened gray pads from moons of walking on hot rock and climbing up and down the gorge. His paws are dainty-looking. His nose and long whiskers are a black that blend in with his pelt.

Personality: Blackwhisker has a mysterious personality. He is very secretive and keeps to himself. If you want a cat to tell a secret to, he's the one you need to go to. He often does unexpected things, but the reasons for his doing them he keeps to himself. He does socialize some, but he prefers to stick to the backgrounds, in the shadows, and his pelt can aid him in this. He is attentive and a fast learner, and, almost kittishly, he is very curious. He is smart, and a clever fighter, and pays close attention to his mentor. He is patient, and because of this he is confident that he could be a good mentor. He is either shy or unwilling to ask questions, though, so this causes complications. Rude cats really irk him, but other than that he tries to do his best to be kind to other cats. During his training, he found that he particularly excels at tracking, and he is able to track a stale trail across the bottom of the gorge.

History: Blackwhisker was born with one other kit to two warriors. His parents were the state-the-obvious type. "He's black and she's brown! Let's name them Black-kit and Brownkit!" And so they were dubbed; Black-kit, after his black pelt, Brownkit, after her brown tabby pelt. Brownkit was a very sweet kit, but she was a sickly kit from the start. She was very brave, though, and faced the death her parents knew was coming courageously. It took the illness four moons before it finally claimed her, though, and by then the two kits had formed a tight bond. It made the whole family sad to see her go, and they grieved together. The rest of his kithood passed uneventfully.

Black-kit was apprenticed to an experienced warrior and given the name Blackpaw at the age of six moons. His training progressed quickly, for he was quiet and keen to learn. By his ninth moon, it was clear he excelled at tracking. Blackpaw was able to track a stale fox's trail across the gorge, and a patrol, Blackpaw included, chased it away. His training progressed quickly until his twelfth moon, when his warrior ceremony was held.

Deemed with the name Blackwhisker, he was honored by his intelligence and patience, two traits the tom finds very important and is very proud to be noticed for. Despite being a new warrior, he is one of the best trackers in the Clan. However, he doesn't draw this to attention or boast or anything like that. Even though he's a warrior now, he still sticks to the background, just under the radar so that he isn't one of the most popular cats or anyone's enemy.
